Before founding Smith Law, Mr. Smith Co-Founded Smith & Benowitz and also litigated complex personal injury, business, real estate, employment and intellectual property cases at a prominent litigation boutique. Mr. Smith received his B.A. in political science from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.
Mr. Smith resides in Los Angeles and is a California native. When away from his office, Mr. Smith enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is also involved in numerous fundraising activities for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
